Starter won’t engage

The car sometimes won’t start starter makes sound like starter turning but not engaging. Also when it does the stop and go feature it won’t restart. It take a while to get it to engage to start My 2022 palisade been in the shop 1 month they changed the starter thinking it’s it but still does the same thing. They can’t figure out what causing it. Anyone has this same issue

Since your car has been in the shop for 1 month on a warranty issue, you want to check out your state's Lemon Laws in case you eventually want to go down that road.

As far as the problem, my wild guess is that there is a loose connection in the electrical system somewhere, possibly in one of the fuse box connections that creates the grounding of the box. Have them tighten all the fuse box screws/bolts.
