System update for non-nav infotainment systems - April 2022

It looks like there is also an update for the non-nav infotainment systems that just came out:

All it says is that it improves connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Click on list of vehicles with Gen2V gets you to this page: HYUNDAI NAVIGATION MAP UPDATE > Notifications

The firmware has a 220331 date apparently.

Download the zip file.
Extract the zip file, which gets you another zip file.
Don't extract that second zip file (it's password-protected). Just put it on a flash-drive and plug into your car to start the update.

No, this thread and link is for the non-nav systems.

There is a separate update for the infotainment system with nav that also came out today. See this thread: 16.0 update starts april 28,2022

The "Display Audio Software" update brought back the option to extend the time the reverse camera stays on screen. I think it also has four new analog clocks for the screen saver and shows analog clock in the split screen view. Just a few I noticed right away. Took about ten minutes to update.
