Third Row Center Seat Headrest

Someone sitting in the third row decided to raise the center seat headrest which immediately became a distraction when trying to use my rear view mirror. Numerous tries to lower it back to the original position are fruitless.
Anyone know if there is some secret to lwering this headrest?

Look right at the bottom of the headrest posts.
if doing from the back tail gate you will see the release
on the left post, just squeeze it together and you can push it down
