Hi! I switched from a jeep Patriot to the Palisade SEL. Since the beginning has been a learning process, starting with the fact of the size. I was used to drive something relatively normal and jumped to a big size truck, took me few weeks to get use to it. I'm looking to make my experience even better, so if you have any recommendations/advice, are more than welcome! So far, I started reading your post about the led lights.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Congratulations on your brand new Palisade. I'm glad you found us! :)

Park next to a full sized pickup or a suburban and realize your car is not that big. About mini-van size actually.

I had to google because we have a small two car garage and this car is only three inches longer than our Subaru Outback. I think it's about three inches wider as well. They really aren't that big.

I have no idea what stats I was looking at when I posted the above, but they are wrong. The Palisade is 6.5" longer and 5.4" wider and 2.9" taller than my Outback.

We traded a Lexus 350 for a limited. Length wise they were the same. 3 inches wider. The Palisade looks bigger cause of the height.

It can be very deceiving the size. Initially it occurs as big but as stated above when you see it next to other full-size SUVs those things are big. I came from two Tucson models in a row so yes it was big at first in comparison. The view I find to be extraordinary so much glass I don’t think I can find a blind spot.
