When you get into towing the bigger trailers, you probably have an equalizer hitch with an anti sway mechanism. For those who are towing have you had any problems with the Trailer Sway Control feature interfering with the anti sway feature on the equalizer hitch or vise-versa? Or can you disable the TSC feature in one of the setup options? Is there information on other sites that you have come across? thanks.

I use an Andersen WD/sway control, and it’s not an issue in terms of the built-in anti-sway system. I believe it kicks in under more severe sway, when I read the feature in the manual it said that it makes use of the left or right brakes to bring the palisade back under control.
The way I read it, you really don’t want to activate the feature unless it’s a last resort to try to gain control of your vehicle in a bad situation.
Since I’ve installed the Andersen setup, there has been no sway of the trailer, even when I was driving in a gusty wind area near central California where the wind picked up to about 20-25. Had I not used the Andersen hitch it would of been white knuckles driving!
