Transmission tugging at low speeds

When I'm going less than 30 mph in my 2020 Limited and I let my foot off the gas, the transmission noticeably downshifts which causes the car to lurch and tug. Others have complained of this on the forum but I can't see that anyone ever got a resolution. Some people have suggested the dealer can reprogram the transmission to fix the problem - has anyone done this?

Try using a different drive mode.

I noticed this as well. Another issue I have is while in smart mode and climbing hills the car lurches and does not want to shift until it levels out. However, on other modes it shifts fine.
