TSB for vibrations at high-speed on AWD Palisade - full TSB doc available here

The second most anticipated TSB in this forum's history.

My Palisade Limited AWD manufacture date: October 8, 2019 does not exhibit the vibration problem or wind noise problem at any speed. Hopefully, they have eliminated these issues at the factory.

The TSB says that vehicles built after July 27 don't have the vibration issue. So it's not surprising that you don't experience it.

In general, TSBs are for issues that not everyone experiences. If every car had the issue, it would be a recall.

Mine has it between 63-73 MPH. It's not a huge vibration, but rather an annoying buzzing-ish vibration. I can't wait to try and explain this and also the number of trips to the dealer before they actually determine and replace the prop shaft. This should be fun!

Actually, the fact that there is a TSB out for this issue should make things a whole lot easier. Plus, the TSB means Hyundai will pay dealerships for the repair no questions asked.

How can you tell the exact manufacture date on the vehicle? Just picked up our new Limited AWD yesterday and haven't explored much of it yet. * Neve mind, just looked at the data plate. It says 5 Oct 19 so I'm hoping this vibration issue is behind the Palisade.

Yep, you should be good.

For anyone else wondering, there is a label on the inside of the driver’s door that shows the date of manufacture.
