Heavy storm the other day and I noticed water dripping from my back seat ceiling air vent. Has anyone else had this problem (2021 Caligraphy)?

Is it coming from inside the vent or around the outside of vent?
If there is a leak around the back of a sun roof it may be getting in from a leak in hard rain
I've never had any leak problems.

Ceiling air vent? There isn't any. Where exactly it was leaking from? Maybe the rear occupant ultrasonic sensor? It could be from either the moonroof, or the fixed panel behind it. The gasket on my fixed panel is sticking out a little, which I didn't like, but apparently no air or wind leaks. As far as the moonroof drains, you can open it, and run maybe a thick fishing line thru them, in case they're clogged. Or first pour a little bit of water thru each drain, and watch it drain under the car. Good luck.

What the hell are you talking about "Ceiling air vent? There isn't any"? What's this then?

I'm sure he is referring to the HVAC ports in the ceiling.......

Mine sure has back seat ceiling air vent (HVAC vents ) one on each side of the occupant ultrasonic sensor.

Yeah, my Calligraphy has those outlets too. Ha ha. Sorry for the brain fart. Confused it with another vehicle. At any rate, the water leak must be from either the moon-roof (most likely), or the fixed panel. Hopefully HVAC ducts have no leaks, and just leaking water from the outside of them, into the vehicle (water has to go somewhere). But unless the issue is a clogged front drain, the headliner will have to come down to investigate and fix, unfortunately. The most likely culprit is a detached hose, but open your moon-roof and take a look how clean it is. If clean, then it's a detached hose for sure. Or possibly a rear glass gasket issue (the one on my Pali looks really bad. It's raised, rather than flush with roof; and hard plastic, rather than pliable rubber/silicon. Really crappy, but no leaks so far). Good luck OP, and keep us posted.
