Where to service palisade limited other than dealership?

Help....Bought my first 2021 Palisade Limited with 4K. Now has 6.2K. Therefore, I don't have complimentary oil service like if I bought new. Where can I have my 7.5k mile service with oil change other than dealership in order to keep my warranty intact? Called dealership near me. Was told the 7.5K maintenance is $196.00. What about future servicing? Many thanks.
 
Don't know where you live, but I buy my own oil and filter and take it to my nearest Big 0 oil change center and they do it for $20.00, they check all of the fluids, refill the washer tank and vacuum the floors.

Read the required service schedule in the manual. Do not do the "7500 mile service," only do those things individually that are required every 7500 miles. Every time a customer asks a dealer service advisor/manager for XX,XXX mile service that is not provided free of charge, their eyes light up because they know they have found a sucker and they can easily rip your off. Shop around at all the dealers in your area for an oil change only. Or you can take it to any independent shop that does oil changes. I am assuming you can't or don't want to change the oil yourself. I would use a full synthetic 5W-30.

Forget about the inspections. Any time you take your car into the dealer for service they will do inspections for free (unless you ask them to do it, and then they will charge you money). But on new car, I would not worry about inspections for at least several years, assuming you know how check the fluid levels for cooling system reservoir, brake fluid reservoir, and window washer reservoir (all of these are explained in the owners manual). It helps to have flash light to be able to see through the plastic reservoirs for the correct level, and only check them when the engine is completely cooled off.

If you need to replace the cabin air filter, read the instructions in the owners manual and see if you can do that yourself. If so, then buy the filter at the dealer parts department or buy a third party filter at Walmart or any auto parts store. Same applies to engine air filter, which I believe is due at 30K miles.

Just remember that what a dealer calls 7500 mile service (or whatever mile), that is completely up to them to define, and may, or may not, be the same as what is required by Hyundai for the warranty to remain intact. Obviously, if you have any work done by an independent shop or done by yourself, you should keep all the receipts, and you will have no problems with your warranty. You can also record the service at MyHyundai online.

I have attempted twice at My Hyundai online to prove (with docs) my ownership of the Palisade with the specific vin number. They are not responding/transferring the ownership... I haven't found a contact number to a human. Again, thanks,

Could be, like many businesses these days, they are understaffed and have not processed you change of ownership, or maybe there is a computer system problem and they are not receiving those requests. The customer support phone number for Hyundai Motor America is (800) 633-5151. But even if you can't update your service history online, if you keep your receipts you will be OK with regard to the warranty (this is per US federal warranty laws).
 
If you do your own maintenance (or another shop does), just keep all receipts, and a good log, with date, mileage, and what you did. That's exactly what I do, even though my Pali qualifies for 'free' (more like included) oil changes. One thing I do to avoid any potential issues with a warranty claim is to always buy OEM parts, like oil and engine air filters. For oil, I personally use Mobil1 0w30, for the best cold-engine lubrication possible (at any temperature). And change it every 5K miles (initially changed it at 500 miles, due to a long trip. I like to change it early the first time). But any approved oil, within the approved oil change interval (7,500 miles, I believe), would be fine for warranty coverage purposes. Hope this helps.
