I just came upon the TSB from last year. I found issue and have fixed it. Pull back the window gasket after lowering the window and you will see where the lower and upper steel seem is not aligned. Actually mine has a gap you can see from picture. I have what is called bulb seal from my former business, you will need to form a high density rubber such as this to about a 3/8 inch strip and placed directly over the seem from the pillar side top radius to the top of the door trim. I would suggest glueing it then put factory seal back over it. It’s a little tedious.

Would some black silicone caulk work?

I wouldn’t use it. I believe the trick is to bulk up the seal putting pressure on the glass at dead center. If your material is too thick then it will show outside the factory seal.

I would take it back to the dealer to have them to properly fix it which I plan to do since I have been there several times and complained to Corporate about the issue and now they are going to do something about it. I pay to much money to try to figure out how to fix an expensive vehicle that is still under full warranty.

Totally agree but obviously they don’t have a fix at present. The real issue is replacement of the window seal wise heavier material. Not hard to figure out!

I would if they were able to figure it out. The real fox is simply to replace the window seal with a heavier material. I don’t know if they gave up or they just are going to not do it.

For the life of me, I can't figure out what you did or where you did it. I've understood other attempts, but I just don't get the pictures.
Any others to share?

Agree..

Same here. I've tried the other fixes and my wind noise is still present. Would love to try this one if i knew where that picture is referencing.

Like others I don't understand where you are adding this bulb seal. How about a picture of the bulb seal and maybe a video or at least a picture of it partially installed.

They replaced the window run on 2021 Caligraphy and nothing changed.

If you've tried the foam rope insulation fix and it didn't work, you may want to try again. I adjusted the inner door/window "V" channel rope and it cured my issues. This is the channel where I used the 3/8" rope. On my second attempt I made sure to jam it better into the corner, both the front and the rear corner edges. On the front corner/edge, where the factory placed their little foam square, there was still a small gap/hole where the factory foam didn't fill. Once I jammed my 3/8" foam rope into this little (but visible) gap, my wind whistle was completely cured.

My last trip I did not notice any “wind” noise. Pretty happy with the interior sound while traveling at 70 mph.
2021 Calligraphy model.

Ok, here is an update:

After looking at the pics and rereading Scott's post I went out and looked at my Palisade. If you roll the window down and pull back the windows seal at the B pillar you can see where he is talking about. I took 3/8th foam rope I had from all the other fix attempts and pushed it between the metal frame and the seal from the bottom sill to just past where it curves at the top. This pushes the seal outward and should create a better seal against the window. After doing this the wind noise was drastically reduced. It is still there, when I tested it by it going completely away with recirculation on, but it is low enough in volume now that I feel I can live with it.
