Windshield wipers not working

I bought a 2022 Palisade Limited exactly one month ago today. Last Thursday I tried to turn on my wipers and nothing happened. None of the settings on the selector work except wash. If I hold it down on wash, fluid sprays and the wipers wipe a few times. I took it to the local dealership (not where I bought it - I bought it 3 states away because the local guy couldn't get any Palisades) and they said to bring it back early Friday morning. I had it there at 9 am Friday. They kept it all day and all weekend. Today I called at almost 5 pm and they still haven't even looked at it. What do I do? I need my car back.

Call Hyundai Motor America and open a case. If they can't fix it in one day, they should provide you a loaner (not necessarily a Palisade).

I called Hyundai. They said they didn’t have any control over how their dealers perform service. :-/

They say that their policy is to provide a loaner if the warranty repair takes more than a couple of days. I would ask to speak to a supervisor. Hyundai must reimburse the dealer for the loaner.
