All of a sudden voice commands aren’t working with Navigation. Any place I try, even “Find Home” appears to resolve correctly on the screen (meaning the what I say shows up on the display) BUT it always says no results found (or something equivalent.). If I search manually vis the display it always works.

This was working fine until recently on my 2021 Limited. Any thoughts?
 
Did you install the new (April 2021) version of the maps, by any chance? If you remove the USB too soon, it doens't download the voice command section, so you'd have to redo the update all over again. Or maybe your dealer did it? It doesn't make sense that it'd stop working by itself, but guess any kind of electronic gremlin is always possible. If you haven't done the latest update, I'd do it first anything else, and that should solve your issue. Good luck.

No, we haven’t done any updates to it since we bought it in January. It’s weird because it actually translates the voice correctly (it lists the location we say) but can’t find it. And these are places that previously worked fine. But if we manually search under places it works fine….
 
I had the same issue today on my 2021 Calligraphy. When I voice my destination address command, the correct address shows in the text display but the voice system responds with 'no results found'. When I park and do a manual keyboard input of the destination address there is no problem finding it and I can then set it as destination and proceed. I bought mine new in March 2021 and has a build date of January 2021; no updates have been performed.
 
That's weird. Do the update, and hopefully that will resolve the issue. Report back with results. Good luck.
 
I have the same problem with my Palisade. I called Bluelink(Canada) and the intro message states they are having intermittent problems. The steering whell voice nav works as it should.. Pressing the mirror button gived the message "route not founs".
 
Same voice issue started with my father's '21 Palisade last week. No updates. Unresolved so far.

Exact same issue with my dad's palisade. Issue started week ending 10/15/2021. No updates to map. Eager to find resolution.
 
So the commands worked before, and now they don't? That's really weird. Did you try resetting the screen, to see if that solves the issue? There's a small button at the right of the last button. Give it a try (push it with a pen, or something similar, until screen resets), and see what happens. That sounds like an electronic gremlin, rather than a software/update issue. Good luck.

Father had same issues. Today he used the pinhole reset on the infotainment center and it appears to have resolved the issue. Give it a try.
 
Awesome that my suggestion worked. The other option for electronic gremlins like that, where there's no reset button, is to disconnect the battery.
 
I received an email from Mapnsoft Hyundai Canada responding to my inquiry. They asked me to send some information including screen shots. This morning I tried to replicate the problem and discovered the problem was fixed. I told Mapnsoft that I will inform them if there is a repeat of the problem. Back in business. Now to get my windshield replaced due to a small stone hitting the lower windshield.
 
I suspect they had an outage on the server side which is now fixed. A bunch of issues were reported all of a sudden, now multiple people are reporting the issue fixed. This is across multiple Hyundai forums.
 
I had this same issue last spring/summer and worked with them to try to debug/fix. It did get better, but I still find the entire system flaky where sometimes it works perfect and then others it just goes bonkers and is unreliable. One time, I was coming home on a major highway and it just couldn't find any gas stations. IMO - The entire software system has poor quality control as I have noticed other bugs that crop up from time to time. For instance, once when I was driving the turn signal cameras decided to just not come on. Another time, the radio decided that I shouldn't be allowed to change the channel. It didn't work until I restarted the car. There are also other things (maybe this one is just me not finding the setting) that seem odd. For instance, I want the tuner button to actually tune and not zoom in/out on the map.

That last one is indeed a setting you can change.

I’ve never experienced what you did. The turn signal cameras are not related to the infotainment software at all, by the way.

I am not sure what is connected to what in terms of their software, just that there seems to be lack of full software testing. Where is the setting you mentioned as I tried to search via google and look through manual and settings and can't find it?

Thanks, but that is not quite what I was looking for. I believe that functionality simply allows you to swap the functionality between the Tune button and the Power/Vol button. For instance, the Power/Vol button now becomes the Tune/Zoom controller and the Tune button becomes the Power/Vol button.

What I want to do is make the Tune button always have the functionality of Tune even when I am getting driving directions and the map is visible. Currently, if the map is the main part of the screen when you turn the Tune button while using XM radio it just zooms in and out on the map. I rarely need to change the zoom level. In order to tune, you must switch the screen to radio, tune, and then switch the main area back to Map. If you like to surf stations quickly this is annoying. You must choose between having your driving directions in the main area or having the radio in the main area and the map being really small. Using the on screen arrows to tune does allow you to tune, but they are VERY slow compared to turning the tuning knob. I just dont need the tune button to zoom all the time.

Ah yeah sorry. This is the screen I’m thinking of, but it’s with the pre-update UI. Did they remove it? I’ll have to go look in the car.
