Bluelink App and Driver Preset

Hi All,

Recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade. I've seen with the Bluelink app that it shows you can set the driver presets. However, when I go to my remote start settings I can set the temperatures, defroster but can not see the driver presets section. Anyone having the same issue? TIA!

I can see them. See screenshot below. If it helps, I'm using an iPhone, not Android.

I have the iPhone version and I don’t see that option, I have the limited edition.

I also have an iPhone and don't see the Driver Presets section. What does the circle i indicate?

Have you guys actually assigned settings to these 2 presets in your cars?

I have a Limited as well.

It just says that the preset includes position of the driver's seat, outside mirrors and steering wheel, and that features vary by models. Just a general help message.

I assigned settings to both presets yesterday. Logged out and back into the app but still don't see it.

Interesting that it says the presets include position of the steering wheel when that is adjusted manually...

Yeah, I think it's just a generic message that applies to all Hyundai cars.

Okay. I just called Bluelink and they were no help. He couldn't tell me why I'm not seeing it and kept saying "it depends on your car".

Off-the-wall suggestion: I have 2 devices registered to use the app. My phone and my wife's, both using my account to log in to Blue Link. When I go to Settings, "Registered Devices for <my_email_address>", 2 different phones show up. Try that?

See above. Is that the same thing as what you mean by "additional driver"?

Ah I just found the additional driver thing. No, I don't have that set up. We just use the same account to log in.

I'll have my wife login to the app with my credentials and see if that works.

Curious if you try and remote start from the website if you see the options for driver preset there too?

And do you have the app installed on more than one device logging in with the same account? Seems unlikely to be the reason, but who knows...


I have another suggestion for all of you: what size phone do you have? Do you maybe have to scroll down to see the driver presets? If you look at my first screenshot in this thread, the driver presets are at the bottom of the page. Try to make the UI scroll to see if the buttons appear below the heated features? My phone's an iPhone X.

I have an old small size iPhone 4 or 5 and as said earlier I do not see the Driver Presets. And I did scroll as far down a I can. I also checked online with laptop and still no presets. Quite the mystery.

I do not have it on more than one phone.

I've got a big phone. No scrolling to be done.

Very odd. @maneshd5 was going to try loading the app on a second phone with the same login. Hopefully that helps, but that would be strange.

I don't recall doing anything special to get this to work. It's always been there that I can recall.

Do you know what version of the app you have? I have 4.2.11
